Paul Dolan is a 30-year veteran of the natural gas industry with deep expertise in gathering, transmission, and processing. As Chief Operating Officer, he leads execution with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and long-term asset performance.

Over his career, Paul has held senior roles at Williams, WPX Energy, and Santa Fe Midstream, where he managed and delivered large-scale gas plants, pipelines, and compression systems across the U.S. and internationally. His responsibilities have spanned the full project lifecycle—from permitting and design through execution, startup, and operations—on projects with capital budgets reaching $100 million.

He brings a proven track record of executing infrastructure programs across Texas, the Gulf Coast, the Rockies, and the Midcontinent. Paul’s leadership provides deep operational insight and a disciplined approach to project delivery, ensuring assets are developed to perform safely, reliably, and efficiently.
