Dan Arthur is a licensed Professional Engineer in 35 states with more than 40 years of experience in landfill gas (LFG) systems, subsurface engineering, and environmental policy. He leads regulatory strategy, permitting, and compliance across the company’s RNG, carbon capture, and methane mitigation initiatives.
He is the founder and President of ALL Consulting, where he has advised federal and state agencies—including the DOE and EPA—on landfill gas control, greenhouse gas inventories, and environmental permitting. Dan’s expertise includes landfill gas-to-energy systems, disposal wells for CO₂ and leachate, and regulatory frameworks governing both air and subsurface injection. His prior tenure at the EPA provides direct insight into policy development and permitting requirements.
Widely recognized as an authority on NSPS compliance, Dan has extensive knowledge of state air permitting, methane destruction efficiency protocols, and third-party validation of GHG reductions under both compliance and voluntary markets. His expertise ensures projects achieve the highest standards of environmental integrity, regulatory alignment, and sustainability performance.
